I came across your link below for Hindi summer camp for kids in the Bay Area.

We live in the east coast, NJ/NYC metro area.  Would you have any contacts for similar Hindi camps for kids in this area (for summer 2010)?  Thanks in advance for your help.

Both Amira & Kiran want to do your camp again next week.  They also want to have lunch.  They LOVE LOVE LOVE your food!!!   We would love to get your recipes.

Also, Amira has talked about a performance next week, when is it, so I can arrange my calendar, and she wants her Dad to come.

Madhuji,

Vaibhav absolutely loves your class! He enjoyed making and eating the chaat today. Explained me the meaning of the word chaat (which he calls chart:). How he squeezed nimbu and added the masala and the aaloo. He's busy working on the puzzle.

Thank you for making it so much fun. Its surpassed all my expectations. Thanks to Savitaji too.

Appreciably,
Shuba

Dear Ms. Aggarwal, We are very excited to see Anuj's
progress in Hindi. Last week he was able to write his
dad's name, which was really good to see. Thank you for
starting these classes at Harker, otherwise Anuj would
have never started to learn Hindi. My daughter is in
high school, She always wanted to learn to read and
write Hindi, but as there were no classes close by, she
could not do it. So I am glad Anuj got this
opportunity.

Thanks, Seema.

Hi Madhu ji,
I am quite surprised how quickly my children have picked up Hindi. In 4 months they have learned not only alphabets but also they can read.

Please let us know when first trimester is over and when do I need to pay for second trimester.

Thanks
Ruby Goel

Madhuji,
Thank you for the feedback and I think this has been the most detailed update I've seen for anything (and Harker as a school does do a very good job at keeping parents informed in general).

Hari was very excited with his first Hindi class, the stickers he got and as parents, we were overjoyed at his reaction. He has not picked up much Hindi even though we speak a good deal of it at home (along with Tamil) - we're looking for him to want to learn Hindi and his reaction after the first class was exactly that. He recited all that he learnt, has been saying namaste to us through the day etc. very excited and looking forward to learn more - what more could we parents want really?

If there's anything you'd like from us as parents to help with, please do let us know.

And once again, thank you for making this so enjoyable and exciting for the children.

Sincerely,

Priya

Dear Ms Aggarwal,

Ajit Punj is in your Tuesday Harker class and wants very much to learn
Hindi. Unfortunately he has also been selected to represent Harker in
Football and matches are scheduled for most Tuesdays this quarter. Is it
possible to include him in your lessons next quarter and excuse him from
this quarter?

He enjoys Hindi so much he has been writing words after his school work
is finished including corresponding with relatives in India in Hindi.
He is torn that he cannot go to your class.

Please let me know.
Vikram Punj :-)
