Fees (2011-2012 School Year) *

Registration is due by August 15th, for all classes starting in August/September.

Late fee of $50.00 will apply if check is received after August 15th.

Space is reserved for a student after the fee is received in full along with the completed registration form.

All fees are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for cancellation like change of day, time or location.

Fees include all materials (books, notebooks, dictionary and recorders). Some items are consumables and some are expected to be returned after use.

Late Pickups -  Teachers can not leave children unattended after class, and there is a small fee charged for late pickups. Parents should inform the teacher if they are running late beyond standard 5 minutes after end time, for any un-for-seen reason. There is $10 fee charged for every 15 minutes or fraction of it.

Discounts for Elementary Students

Please Note- Discounts may not be combined.

Enrollments start in May. Students are encouraged to enroll on or before the Annual Program in May.

Students enrolling for Elementary Level Program by May 31st will receive a gift coupon of $75.00 for purchase of Hindi books for your home library.

Students enrolling for Elementary Level Program by June 15th will receive a gift coupon of $50.00 for purchase of Hindi books for your home library.

Elementary Language Program (Annual)

Most Elementary level language groups meet from September through May for 30 class meetings for 1 hour 15 minutes each time.

Annual fee including all materials is $950.00.  

Hindi Program for Adults

All adult groups will meet for 1.5 hours per week. Sessions are usually 14 weeks long.

Fee is $560.00 for 14 week session.

High School Hindi Program

Students in this group will meet for 4.0 hours each week for a total of 140-150 hours for the year from August/September through May/June.

Fee including all materials is $950.00 per semester or $1800.00 for full year. $100.00 discount applies if enrolled by June 15th.

Non-profit

Note - Major portion of the fees goes towards facility rental, teacher's salary, consumable and non-consumable class materials, incentive gifts for students, marketing, management and other events.

100% of the profits from these programs will be donated to literacy projects in India through India Literacy Project (www.ilpnet.org), Pratham (www.pratham.org), ASHA for Education (www.ashanet.org), Chandam School of Kathak Dance (www.kathak.org), www.millee.org and others.
